The next Killaloe Tidy Towns meeting will be on Monday, 12 January 2009 at 8.00 pm in the Kincora Hall Hotel (DV).

Endeavour Award
Killaloe won the Co. Clare award for Endeavour in this year's National Tidy Towns Competition. The award is given to the town or village in each county that gains the highest improvement in marks over the previous year. It is worth €1,000 and will be presented at a ceremony in the Radisson Hotel on Monday 3rd November.
Walkabout took place on Saturday 18th October 08
The puddles on this Canal Bank path are often a lot worse than that shown in the photo. These and the slippery nature of the surface make it less pleasant to walk there after wet weather. Members of the committee walked from the Green, down New Street, with a detour via Rainbow Villas, to the Aillebhan Walk, through Tobermurrough Park, then along the Canal Bank.
